The Purposeful Leadership Program is a comprehensive leadership development program designed to grow the skills needed to lead & live in today’s world.  In addition to 6 program days focused on various leadership topics, participants take a 360 Leadership Circle Profile Assessment to learn one's unique strengths and areas for growth and then participate in six hours of one-on-one coaching as well as six full-day sessions.
